The Clarke County Extension Office will host a “Garden to Pantry Pickling” workshop June 21. Participants will learn more about raising peppers and okra and then all the steps in taking them from your garden and turning them into pickles . This will be a hands-on workshop and recipes and techniques for making popular pickle types will be shared. There is no cost to attend the workshop, however, preregistration is required.
