Arcola Chapman Pugh, a native of Grove Hill, passed away on Tuesday, May 24, 2022 at her home in Jackson surrounded by family. Her sunrise was Oct. 7, 1921 in Clarke County to Leveston Chapman Sr. and Naomi Chapman. She was the sixth of eight children. Arcola confessed Christ at an early age. She was a devoted and faithful member of Mt. Zion No. 2 Baptist Church in Grove Hill, where she attended Adult Sunday School.
