McIntosh native, Dr. LaTunja Caster, presented a program at White Smith Memorial Library Wednesday, Aug. 17. The event was sponsored through the Alabama Humanities Alliance and focused on Caster’s book, “Green Thumb.” The book explains gardening techniques for digging, planting and feeding different varieties of plants. Dr. Caster is an industrial-organizational psychologist, master gardner, author, motivational speaker and faith influencer. Copies of her book are available at the library.
