The Quarry City Cougar Classic is slated to be held next week at Crest Ridge High School.  This year’s field includes Crest Ridge, Leeton, Knob Noster, Holden, Sherwood, Concordia, Lexington and KC Lutheran.  The tournament will begin with the girls first round on Monday, Jan. 24, and will run through the championship and third place games on Saturday, Jan. 29.  With an undefeated start to the season, the Leeton girls are the No. 1 seed in the girls bracket, with Holden at No. 2.
