WARRENSBURG — Residential and commercial sewer utility rates will increase for effective Jan. 1.  The Warrensburg City Council voted to establish a rate change at the Monday, Dec. 13, meeting.  The charges were determined by the HDR Engineering Annual Rate Review.  The sewer rate for residential accounts is a base rate of .00 per month with volume charge set at .72 for the first two hundred cubic feet and .53 for each following hundred cubic feet used.  The sewer rate for commercial accounts is calculated by adding a base rate to the volume charge multiplied by actual hundred cubic feet...
