WARRENSBURG — The Johnson County Ambulance Board approved changes to service fees at the Thursday, March 3, meeting, including the fee for response and assessment with no transport regardless of treatment provided.  “As an ambulance district … we are base rate and mileage only,” Emergency Medical Services Director Shane Lockard said. “We can’t add our supplies.
