WARRENSBURG — As flowers start to bloom and the grass begins to grow, Code Enforcement Inspector Jane Heavin presented information regarding nuisance and tall grass enforcement at the Monday, March 28, Warrensburg City Council meeting.  “City ordinance states that anything 12 inches or higher would be tall grass which would be a violation of the ordinance,” Heavin said. “Most of the cases I develop are ones that I’ve seen.”  Heavin said cases are primarily built upon observation and occasionally receive complaints.
