After a week of postponements due to weather, Leeton baseball finally had the chance to open its season on Monday, March 28.  The Bulldogs came out on top, topping Green Ridge 17-1 in three innings. Leeton plated nine runs in the first inning, two runs in the second inning and six in the third.  Junior Cody Shackelford posted a game-high five RBI, going 3-for-4 at the plate. Senior Ethan Driskill was 3-for-3 with two RBI, junior Cole Wallace was 2-for-2 with two RBI, sophomore Camden Uptegrove was 2-for-2 with one RBI and junior  Cole Wallace was 2-for-2 with two RBI. ...
