Building inspection and zoning staff members will conduct an informational session for homeowners who are preparing to embark on home improvement projects from 6 to 8:30 p.m. May 10 at the Warrensburg Community Center, 445 E. Gay St., Room C.  This class will cover what types of projects require a permit and an overview of applicable building and zoning codes and ordinances for common home improvement projects.  Each attendee will receive a gift certificate toward their future building permit fee.  The class is free to attend, but registration is required.
