Vehicle leaves scene of April 28 wreck  One person is reported to have minor injuries from a two-vehicle wreck April 28 on Highway 13 south of Northwest 875 Road.  The Missouri State Highway Patrol states the wreck occurred when an unknown vehicle crossed the center of the roadway and struck a 2016 Freightliner, driven by Terry L. Bickford, 38, of Shannon City, Iowa. The unknown vehicle left the scene of the collision.  Bickford is reported to have minor injuries and refused treatment at the scene.
