WARRENSBURG — The Warrensburg City Council elected Jim Kushner as mayor and Tarl Bentley as chair pro tem after declaring the election of Bruce Uhler and Eddie Osborne at the Monday, April 25, meeting.  The council adjourned sine die as council members Nolan Brooks and Scott Holmberg reached the end of their terms, then reformed with Uhler and Osborne.  Uhler and Osborne were elected during the April 5 Municipal Election and will each serve a three-year term.  Uhler and Osborne were sworn in during the meeting by City Clerk Jodi Schneider.  The positions of mayor and chair pro tem are...
