On leaving the world of hotel management Patrick establishedGhielmetti & Associates, which built on his lengthy and diverse experience working in Operations, HR and Leadership Facilitation to work with corporations and organisations who are looking to build more cohesive and effective management teams.

Patrick has worked in over 35 countries as a facilitator of dynamic, transformational, experiential leadership programs and as a behaviour based executive coach.
