"The Lord is not slow to fulfill his promise as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should reach repentance." What is repentance? becoming aware of how sinful we truly are and how much in need we are of a savior; Jesus Christ. Which will then enable us to seek him. As we draw closer to him we will become more like him, but not trusting on our own works; trusting in the work Christ finished on the cross for us. Our job then is to be a blessing to others.
