Wordpress.com has a sweet little flash audio player that is easily usable for embedding your audio files hosted at libsyn on your wordpress blog.

How to do it 1. Write out your blog post or page 2. Wherever you want to embed the audio player simply put this code: [audio ] (Make sure you switch to the html editor when you add the code) 3. Head on over to your libsyn account, and assuming that you have already uploaded your file to libsyn, copy the url for your audio file. 4. Go back to your blog post and add the MP3 url to the audio player code. It would look something like this [audio http://traffic.libsyn.com/scy/87Ep87_25minLevel2-3YogaClass-ImmunityasReceptiveGratitude.mp3.] note: There should be a space between audio and http 5. Save your changes 6. Preview your blog post and publish when ready.

Done!

You should be able to see an audio flash player where were you added the corresponding code.

Pretty easy don't you think?
