The attendees of the board meeting are usually the directors and CEO. Who else should attend your board meeting? Sometimes inviting more of the exec team to the board meeting can feed information back to the other staff better than if it comes only from the CEO. It also allows the board and the operations team to understand each other better. But bear in mind that the more people you invite, the longer the meeting might take. Inviting others to the board meeting can have a positive impact on organisational culture too.
