Sara is an ADHD Nurse specialist. awareness is growing and with it a realisation that many adults of all ages may have been living with this or other conditions throughout life. Sara is a Neuro-developmental Nurse Specialist and Non-medical Prescriber with experience of assessment, diagnosis, and treatment across the life span. With 22 years of nursing experience working in various settings including Adult Mental Health, Addictions, Child & Young People's and Forensic Services, she has both professional knowledge and experience of neuro-developmental difficulties, as well as personal experience. Sara received a later life diagnosis of ADHD is a mum to two children diagnosed in their teenage year with ADHD and autism.
