It's episode87.
2023 is looming as is the festive period. It's a time that naturally draws us to reflection and hope for the future and the inevitable New Year's Resolution. In this week's episode I share some thoughts on how to get some rough planning in now and some questions to consider as we head in to 2023. I am also joined by Chris brown who shares his thoughts on shaping up a brilliant life after work or retirement. Chris shares some great insights and tools to encourage you to start now to shape up your life.Following a career as a lawyer in industry, and with many years of part-time involvement in coaching people through key life stage changes, Crhis looked at the way we see retirement and realised that we are being very poorly served. Masses of available financial advice but very little other advice is unhelpful.
He read, listened, researched and subsequently wrote a book “Leaders Don’t Retire” – taking a completely different tack ….. the money is important but secondary – first you need to know what you want!
