The universal law of polarity states that everything exists in duality, everything has poles, its opposite.

Temperature includes both hot and cold and neither is good or bad, they're just opposite ends of the same thing.

The same is true of money, health, love.

In order to create something you want in your life, you have to stop rejecting its opposite.

You get what you focus on and when your energy is pushing against the unwanted, you'll create more of that.

It doesn't end there... you can't have what you reject in others so if someone has what you want and you decide they must have inherited it or done something questionable to get it, you'll stop yourself from allowing in that very thing.
