To celebrate National Carers Week (7-13th June), Vicki and Tom talk all things Young Carers with youth workers, Jo and Emma.

The theme for Carers Week is ‘Making caring visible and valued’ and this weeks’ guests talk about what it means to be a Young Carer, the day-to-day responsibilities they undertake and just how important it is for Young Carers to access help and support.

Vicki and Tom also cover the importance of self-care and the proactive steps you can take to look after your health and wellbeing.
