Eleven Indonesian villagers who are suing ExxonMobil Corporation for alleged human rights abuses will finally go to court after a judge ruled at the end of July that their case can go to trial.

On this episode of the Hukum podcast, we read through the 85-page opinion in which US District Court Judge Royce Lamberth ruled that the case should be heard in front of a jury after dragging through the US court system for 21 years.
