This episode I chat with a great friend of mine - 'Beige'. 

Beige is an amazing chef, musician, and all round creative living in London. Living a life inspired by devotion, He comes from south London, where as a youth he was involved in a life of crime, gang culture and drug dealing. He has now completely turned he’s life around and promotes a more holistic healthy way of living... having a daughter at 19 helped him start wake up. His passion is to spread love through all he does!
