Is there such thing as a fair market when it comes to young talents in Albania? There seems to be a serious issue about promoting, supporting, and paying these talents - an issue that leads more and more to young artists leaving the country to find this meritocracy abroad. In the biggest "talent migration" crisis Albania has ever faced, the common denominator seems to be just one: lack of meritocracy.
