Good evening, ladies, and Gentlemen,

This Show was by far amazing to record! As I stated before, Dumas and I connected on a Podmatch which in other words a dating site for podcasters to connect with potential guests and or other podcasters. We talked about many things in this episode from how I came to Florida to my Law Enforcement Career.  We transitioned our conversation into how we could grow as Black Podcasters and how to reach out to the community and get them involved in the podcast community.  Furthermore, Dumas asked me how we can change the system. I stated that we need the change to come from inside the organization in order to see change. Change does not come overnight, it takes time and hard work. As always.......

Just because you ask for help, that does not mean you are weak in any way, shape, or form.
