In today's episode, Difernt and I discuss the pandemic of Suicide in the Black Community. We investigated the facts surrounding the reasons why so many of our young black males end their lives. Mental Health plays a very big impact in our lives, we can't look past that we all go through things in life but who can you talk to about the stress you face every day? The anxiety? The depression? Find someone you trust that can be there when times get hard. Don't be afraid to ask someone for help.

Just because you ask for help, that does not mean you are weak in any way, shape, or form. We are all humans and deal with things differently. You matter to someone out there, either friend or family. You Matter to Me! You're not alone. Suicide is Never the answer.
