On this week’s episode of Rooted Recovery Stories, Patrick sits down with Nashville-based musician and human rights advocate, Lou Ridley. The pair speak on how Lou's surroundings at a young age led to her being sexually assaulted and how those same surroundings led her to think that what happened was normal or her own fault which led to more harmful situations. Lou opens up about therapy and how she came to break free from her past and how she ended up in Nashville pursuing music.
