Yet despite been asked so frequently this is rarely a topic that we as Sri Lankans get much (any?) guidance on until we need to pick our A/L subjects in school. And then we are told our career options are Doctor, Lawyer, Engineer, Accountant or failure. Maybe you’re that person trying to figure out what you want to study, or trying to decide if you should pursue your passion or even wondering what your passion is. Join me Sinneli, your host of the podcast More Than a Day Job, raising awareness of the full spectrum of work opportunities out there beyond the very limited, prescriptive options often touted by our education system.
