Today we discuss how repetition is what leads people to their greatness.

10000 hours:

Malcolm Gladwell wrote that it takes 10,000 hours to become an expert in anything. 

We broke it down into meaningful chunks i.e. 
5 hr a day x 365 days x 5 years = 9125 hours.

This means that you can change your career multiple times in your lifetime. Is that not awesome to know?
