Multigenerational. Multicultural. One family. A shared purpose .

We have been redeemed by the “New Adam”—Jesus. Yet, it is common to still view ourselves, one another, and the Lord through the lens of the Curse pronounced after the Fall. This week, Pastor David will teach on how we can live from the place of the “New Adam”.“And so it is written, “The first man Adam became a living being.” The last Adam became a life-giving spirit. However, the spiritual is not first, but the natural, and afterward the spiritual. The first man was of the earth, made of dust; the second Man is the Lord from heaven. As was the man of dust, so also are those who are made of dust; and as is the heavenly Man, so also are those who are heavenly. And as we have borne the image of the man of dust, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly Man.” 1 Corinthians 15: 45-49

This Sunday we look forward to receiving the message from our very own, Jonathan Pasquale. “The Seed Never Sees the Petal”It’s incredible when one sows kindness to a neighbor. Sowing into the local church serves the community well. In this hour, however, is there a call to sow more? Has God released a kingdom of comfort, or has he invited us to sow our lives to see His son receive the reward of his suffering?Through testimony and scripture, we will explore those who sowed the seed of their lives to see the petals of the kingdom flourish.Acts chapter 7:51-60, Matthew 13:18-23Jonathan Pasquale

This week Pastor David continues the theme of the Power of the Blood. The Blood of Jesus has provided salvation, but it also provides an entrance to a tribe of people and a community. Unfortunately, the depth of this reality is often overlooked. As the famous theologian Dietrich Bonhoeffer stated: “The person who loves their dream of community will destroy community, but the person who loves those around them will create community.”This week let us learn how the Lord paid the ultimate price for union with Him, but also, community with each other.“But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light…”1 Peter 2:9

Nothing in existence more valuable;
Nothing more powerful;
The Blood.
A single drop takes away sin;
The eternal purchase for freedom;
The Blood.
This Sunday, Pastor David will relate the biblical festival of Passover to the Power of the Blood of the Lamb of God—Jesus. Theologically we may know of the power, but the time has come to apply the blood to our lives!
“In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace.” Ephesians 1:7

In the 1960’s a famous test was completed using children and marshmallows. Would a child forgo the pleasure of a single marshmallow for the delayed pleasure of two marshmallows?
The results of the study were very fascinating and uncovered the spiritual importance of The Will of a human. Biblically speaking, the free will of an individual is one of the greatest gifts the Lord has bestowed about His children. Although, many find free will or choice to be a difficult paradigm that may have assisted in the evil of the world, it is a beautiful and profound gift from the Lord.
This week, Pastor David will teach on the power of The Will and how it is to be used as a gift that we can give unto our Father in Heaven. It is the agent of response to the Resurrection.
“So the Lord said to Cain, “Why are you angry? And why has your countenance fallen? If you do well, will you not be accepted? And if you do not do well, sin lies at the door. And its desire is for you, but you should rule over it.”
Now Cain talked with Abel his [f]brother; and it came to pass, when they were in the field, that Cain rose up against Abel his brother and killed him.Then the Lord said to Cain, “Where is Abel your brother?” He said, “I do not know. Am I my brother’s keeper?” And He said, “What have you done? The voice of your brother’s blood cries out to Me from the ground.” Genesis 6:4-9

After three years of not being a carpenter, Jesus resumes building. The nails will now hold the Lamb of God onto the wooden scaffold of redemption.
This week, join us for the celebration of the Resurrection of Messiah. Before there is a resurrection, there first needs to be a crucifixion. Let us now look through the lens of the cross; let us live with the cross before us.
“There are three things that are never satisfied, Four never say, “Enough!”: The grave,
The barren womb, The earth that is not satisfied with water—
And the fire never says, “Enough!”” Proverbs 30:15-16

Join us Sunday at 10am - This year, Palm Sunday and Purim coincide. These two celebrations speak of the position of the Bride to the Bridegroom. They are both stories of deliverance and redemption. When looking at both biblical stories in conjunction, we can see a reminder of our position for the days in which we are living.Stories of hope, deliverance, redemption and our role as the Body of Messiah. To rejoice in the realities of our salvation!“The next day a great multitude that had come to the feast, when they heard that Jesus was coming to Jerusalem, took branches of palm trees and went out to meet Him, and cried out:“Hosanna! ‘Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord!’ The King of Israel!”” John 12:12-14

When I was younger, I wish someone would have instructed me in spiritual law. Spiritual laws assist in bringing order and governance to life. God has created certain spiritual laws which can be seen in the physical. The winter will pass; the spring will come. The earth rests, rejuvenates, and brings forth periods of growth—the spring.At times, we may feel that we are struck in a given situation, maybe even stuck in a rut. The Lord says the winter will pass, the springtime will come.This week, Pastor David will speak on one such encouraging Spiritual Law: I=P(rt)“Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap. For he who sows to his flesh will of the flesh reap corruption, but he who sows to the Spirit will of the Spirit reap everlasting life. And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart. Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all, especially to those who are of the household of faith.” Galatians 6:7-10

An acorn, quite unpresuming. Yet, it has the potential to become an oak tree. From an oak tree to lumber; from lumber to a ship that sails the world. From a simple acorn, sturdy material to enclose a house that surrounds generations of families.
Too often, we think of the immediate, and lose sight of those things which only time can complete. In a culture of the immediate, we forget the diligence and patience that enables an acorn to become the oak.
The early followers of Messiah understood the principle of working towards a kingdom that is larger, more powerful than what any individual or generation could create. They understood the principle of the Legacy of Oaks.
This week Pastor David will teach on the importance of living and operating through the paradigm of legacy.
“Even to them I will give in My house. And within My walls a place and a name
Better than that of sons and daughters; I will give them an everlasting name
That shall not be cut off.” Isaiah 56:5

“Dismantling Destructive Mindsets” with Pastor Josh RonaldoThe Etymology of the word “Dismantle” 1570s, "deprive or strip of fortifications or equipment, raze, destroy, tear down," from French desmanteler "to tear down the walls of a fortress," literally "strip off a cloak,"As we continue our series on Deception, we will dig down deeper, a little further below the surface, to take a look at several dysfunctional and destructive mindsets and the thoughts, attitudes, beliefs and behaviors that are associated with them. In doing so we will learn how to identify, take captive and dismantle them. “For though we live in the flesh, we do not wage war according to the flesh. The weapons of our warfare are not the weapons of the world. Instead, they have divine power to demolish strongholds. We tear down arguments and every presumption set up against the knowledge of God; and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ.” - 2 Cor 10:3-5

Pastor Jamie Fitt gives the message: “Offense: Bait of Satan or Tool of God” Then He said to the disciples, “It is impossible that no offenses should come,” Luke‬ ‭17‬:‭1‬a
Jesus warned that offenses would come, but how we respond to them will determine if they are to us the bait of satan or the tool of God. Offense can make us bitter or better and can cement either a victim or victor mindset in us.
Many moves of God have been aborted because of offenses that were not properly dealt with. Here at Bristol Hope, as the Lord continues to deepen the communal bonds and prepare us for a greater expression of His presence, stewarding offense will be essential

The Lord is doing an exciting work in our midst and we believe He will continue to pour out His Spirit in greater measures as we approach the spring. History has shown us the usual plans of the enemy. As the Lord begins to do a mighty work, the enemy attempts to bring division, offense, hypocrisy, and the lust of the world.The ministry leadership at BHA believes it is an ideal time to teach on the spirit of deceit and its various manifestations. This is meant to guard us against the fiery darts of the enemy, to pull us closer to the Lord, and to ride ourselves of any deceiving spirits which may try to manipulate or enslave your mind.This will be a three-week sermon series beginning with Pastor Dave and continuing with Pastors Josh and Jamie.“Now the Spirit expressly says that in latter times some will depart from the faith, giving heed to deceiving spirits and doctrines of demons…” 1 Timothy 4:1

There is a river which flows out of Eden. It is the river which is mentioned by John in Revelation, which we will receive our sustenance. A river which flows out of paradise, a river which flows from the throne of the Lord. This week, Pastor David will teach on the importance of living not just from the river of the Lord, but living from within the river of the Lord. This will be an essential message for understanding the presence of the Lord and to steward His presence properly. “There is a river whose streams shall make glad the city of God, The holy place of the tabernacle of the Most High. God is in the midst of her, she shall not be moved; God shall help her, just at the break of dawn.” Psalms 45: 4-5
