In this vulnerable episode, Shana and Tee share the story of their divorce for the first time. The loss involved in a divorce is as painful as a death. In many ways it is the death of a relationship you loved and the life you created with this person. Shana and TEE share the stages of grief and how they felt and handled each stage. They discussed their lessons learned and how they have grown from this experience. They also remind us that the divorce journey is different for everyone, and its not what happens to us in life that matters, but how we choose to handle what happens to us that is important.
