Laws to be implemented include:
Mandatory hugging of stangers (no pervy business tho)
Dissolution of schools & introduction of 'Happy Academies', where we'll teach you how to be happy human beings (or something along those lines)
All bullies will get their d***s chopped off (or maybe not - can't remember - been a few days since we recorded this)
