Carolyn J. Murphy is the Founder and CEO of Firm Foundations Community Outreach, LLC, a multifaceted organization established to aid individuals in navigating the aftermath of trauma. As a survivor and overcomer of childhood and post-childhood trauma, she understands the ebbs and flows of navigating trauma, thus, the inspiration behind her book "God, Why Did You Save Me?" Carolyn's goal is to help individuals shift their mindset concerning their trauma, showing them how to unshackle from the past and use it as a stepping stone into a life of freedom. As the Mindshift Coach, she helps individuals transition to wholeness and connects them with the needed resources. Carolyn holds a BA in Organizational Leadership and is currently pursuing an MBA. She is also a TN-certified Peer Recovery Specialist (CPRS). When she is not helping others, you will find her enjoying cruises, listening to music, taking long walks in the park, and watching action, drama, and comedy movies. Because she loves to laugh, she thoroughly enjoys stand-up comedy. She desires individuals to prioritize their overall wellness inclusive of mental health awareness and active participation.
