In this episode, Gee and Arturo share a conversation with Joel Tita, the man without a middle name. Joel came from Congo at aged 5 with his family in the middle of winter, highlighting  his early journey in Canada. Like many newcomers before him, there was a drastic culture shock and significant time was needed to acclimatize to the culture and weather. Although he later became accustomed to the culture and weather, a few things always remained the same. He describes in no particular order god, family, music and hard work as the core things that served to build his character and keep him on a positive path. One hardship that he highlighted and raised a question on was, how do you identify whether or not your friends pose genuine criticism of your goals. Today, Joel is a married man with several kids and owns a successful construction company and is willing to share his experience and provide advice for those striving for something similar.
