As entrepreneurs, we can easily fall into the trap of playing small when we reach a certain level of success. We start to play defense, protecting what we have rather than striving for greater heights. This realization hit me in 2016 during a conversation with a mentor. At the time, I thought I had reached the pinnacle of my career. But, my mentor saw something I didn't.

When it comes to achieving success, there's a big difference between playing small and playing to win. Resting on past achievements isn’t enough! Playing to win means embracing a mindset that extends beyond just one goal or one achievement.
