She co-founded Retail Solutions Inc. (RSi), a leader in retail data analytics. Shantha is the co-author of Demystifying AI for the Enterprise. She has a Ph.D. in Operations Management from the Tepper School of Management, Carnegie Mellon University.
Recently, she has written a new book : Leadership Lessons With The Beatles
