No, not Edward Leialoha (Torpedo) from G.I. Joe. You see, that character was named after today's guest: inker, penciller, and all-around chill dude, Steve Leialoha! After starting his career on the early independent book StarReach, Steve went on to make his bones freelancing for Marvel on such titles as Warlock, Star Wars, Marvel Team-Up, Firestar, and New Mutants. The Star Wars gig even landed him at an early test screening of the first movie! He may be best known for his Howard the Duck work, as well as contributions to Vertigo on Sandman-related books and an especially long run on Fables*. So mosey up and chill out, and let Steve tell you some tales!
