After briefly reminding listeners of the story of Caleb, a warrior from Biblical Old Testament times, we then consider aspects of his expereince and relate them to our lives:

Being rejected and how we respond
Wanting to obey God but being hindered by other people.
Continuing in the everyday - faithfully, courageously and humbly
Having a watching attitude - looking for tokens
The appointed time - God honours His promises
