grudge

1. a persistent feeling of ill will or resentment resulting from a past insult or injury. In this episode, I speak upon this very definition as I sit in my hotel getting ready for an important conference I'm attending. Life has a funny way of reminding you where you came from and the catalyst that has changed the course of life. Are grudges a good thing to us or is it a detriment?
