Non-residents who want to participate in Brigham City recreational programs will now have to pony-up a fee in order to play. That decision was made at Thursday’s Brigham City Council meeting, following some discussion about research requested when the city amended its recreation fee schedule last November. Non-residents don’t pay Brigham City property taxes, some of which go to support the city’s recreational programs.
