Trees are being removed from Watkins Park in Brigham City as part of preparations for the construction of an overpass on Forest Street at the Union Pacific Railroad switching yard. The work at Watkins Park is to facilitate access for Big J Milling and to other streets as work on the overpass progresses. The city is also currently completing necessary utility work along Forest Street to accommodate the overpass.
