In the Aug. 30 edition, a story was published about the Brigham City Police Department’s decision to end their SWAT agreement with Box Elder County. Brigham City Police has a SWAT agreement with Logan City police, but not with Cache County. The Cache County Sheriff’s Department also has a SWAT agreement with Logan City, but not with Brigham City. At this time, Cache County and Brigham City SWAT personnel will not be responding to incidents within the other’s jurisdiction.
