A preliminary hearing on one charge of human trafficking against Tremonton rancher, financial advisor and county commission candidate Dusty Roche, has been set for March 19 in Brigham City’s First District Court. Roche, along with his father and brother, are being prosecuted by the Utah Attorney General’s office in connection with the alleged mistreatment and denial of necessary medical services to a migrant worker who was injured on their ranch. Roche has publicly denied the charge.
