A project to increase both security and parking areas at the Box Elder County Public Safety Building has received two winning bids which were approved by the county commissioners at the Feb. 21 meeting. “This is to do some upgrades to the jail site to better utilize the parking lot, and also to fence in the jail,” said Codey Illum, the county’s building official.
