Northrup Grumman will be expanding in northern Utah, which is projected to create more than 1,200 new jobs. The news came as part of the announcement that Northrup Grumman inked a 20-year post-performance tax reduction deal as part of a tax increment financing program with the Utah Governor’s Office of Economic Opportunity. Northrop Grumman has been in Utah more than eight decades and is now the largest private sector aerospace and defense employer in Utah, with locations across the state. Northrup Grumman declined to answer where it would be expanding its operations.
