Willard Mayor Travis Mote announced changes to the city’s current six-member and two alternate member planning commission at Thursday’s meeting. Current commission members Blake Harrop and Zack Hulsey will be stepping back into the role of alternate planning commissioners, while current alternates Chad Braegger and Brian Gilbert will move to regular commission seats.
