A story in the Jan. 24 edition about the current Utah Legislative session stated that Representative Matthew Gwynn abstained from a vote on HB 261, restricting implementation of DEI in Utah, and did not vote on HB 261, restricting transgendered people from public locker rooms or bathroom facilities that conform to their gender identity.
