A developer’s request to rezone 7.7 acres located off of Faust Valley Road in the Bothwell area was denied by the Box Elder County Commission at Wednesday’s meeting. The proposal was to remove the acreage from the current A20 (agricultural, 20-acre) zoning, and put two acres into general commercial, with the remaining 5.7 acres put into rural residential.
