Tendrils of lighting fork from the clouds during a severe storm that hit southeastern Box Elder Monday night. The storm brought extreme winds and large hail to some parts of northern Utah. Throughout the duration of the storm, lightning was frequent, including ground strikes. A video circulating on social media showed that a house in Mantua was struck by lightning.
