Plans to construct a 240-unit apartment complex west of Interstate 15 and south of 1100 South in Perry have been changed, as the property is being sold to a different developer who wants to build townhomes instead of apartments. Conceptual plans for the townhome development call for 97 units, but that is subject to change as the developer refines their site plan.
