While the storms northern Utah has received last week helped snowpack levels somewhat, it’s not nearly enough to brighten what has turned out to be a very dim water outlook for this summer. The good news has been in the Bear River drainage basin which supplies water to most of Box ElderCounty. On April 11 the snowpack levels in that basins at at 73% of normal, but as of April 18 they are at 87%.The Weber/Ogden Drainage Basin, which provides water for the southern portion of the county through Pineview Reservoir, has gone from 64% to 77% of normal in that same time...
