The town’s Ordinance Review Committee presented three ordinances that need revisions, clarifications, or to be brought into compliance with state code. Proposed changes to the curfew ordinance would take out parts that are not enforceable and to give law enforcement a stronger framework to effect enforcement. Changes were also proposed for an ordinance concerning vehicles with steel tracks/lugs, and an ordinance regarding golf carts and off-highway vehicles.
